We provide Apartment Cleaning services for Tenants and also Apartment Owners and Management

We provide cleaning services for apartment complexes who have tennants that move out and do not clean up there belongings.  We restore the apartment to the condition it looked like before the tenant moved in.

 

We also provide apartment cleaning services for tenants moving out, who do not feel like restoring their apartment to the condition it was in prior to moving in.  This could result in a loss of a security deposit or a cleaning fee if not taken care of.

 

 

We provide power washing for the pool area, sidewalks, and stairwells.

Pricing is a negotiated contract
